All Songbird orders ship ground, with delivery in 5–10 business days (1–3 business days to process, plus 3–7 business days in transit).

Scent is personal, so if a fragrance isn't right for you, we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for store credit or a different Songbird scent. Because fragrance is a personal-care product, we're unable to offer refunds on opened bottles — but we're happy to help you find your match. Unopened, unused products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days.

With normal daily wear (a few sprays each morning), a 1.7oz (50ml) bottle typically lasts around 2–3 months. If worn more lightly — every other day, or just a couple sprays for special occasions — it can stretch to 4–5 months.
