Scent is personal, so if a fragrance isn't right for you, we accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for store credit or a different Songbird scent. Because fragrance is a personal-care product, we're unable to offer refunds on opened bottles — but we're happy to help you find your match. Unopened, unused products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days.
Our formulas are crafted with skin-friendly ingredients, but we always recommend a patch test first if you have sensitive skin.
